Augusta's Gourmet Shrimp & Grits

Sautee shrimp in your favorite...butter or olive oil and garlic, just until pink and tender.
Set aside.

Sautee onions and mushrooms in butter.

Prepare 'quick grits' according to the directions, and stir in a 7 oz tub of Augusta's Original Pimento Cheese.

Top the grits, with veggies, and shrimp. Serve with a salad. Quick and easy!!

• love! love! love! this stuff! Had a special visit with "Augusta" last month in Ohio. Now I am back in RI and craving this cheese.
